    If you're experiencing persistent stress, emotional challenges, or disruptions in daily functioning, therapy can provide valuable support. Our professionals are here to help you explore and navigate your unique mental wellness journey.
  • What types of issues can mental wellness therapy address?
    Our services cover a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and more. Our experienced therapists tailor their approach to meet your specific needs, fostering healing and personal growth.
  • How long does a typical therapy session last, and how often should I attend?
    Session duration varies, but a standard appointment is typically around 50 minutes. The frequency depends on your individual needs and goals, with many clients attending weekly sessions. Your therapist will collaboratively determine the most suitable plan for you.
  • Is my personal information kept confidential?
    Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. Your personal information and discussions within therapy sessions are protected by ethical guidelines and laws. Exceptions to confidentiality will be explained to you during the initial sessions.

Privacy Practices


As a licensed professionals and within our own personal commitment to what is ethical as healers to honor your vulnerability within this healing journey, Haven Point has committed to ensure and follow the guidelines of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). These were put in place to maintain individuals’ privacy and confidentiality as it pertains to the services they receive. That being said, people often feel a deeper connection and experience in their healing as they share within-group services, retreats, and/or our public forums (such as social media). In doing this, you are aware that you are volunteering this information independently and while we discuss the importance of privacy, we cannot ensure what others may share outside of services. We are so honored that you trust us to walk alongside you on this journey.
