Therapy services are provided only through proper clinical onboarding and the secure EHR SimplePractice.

  • Conduct due diligence

  • Accept personal responsibility for actions taken based on Website content

Contacting us through the Website or email does not create a therapeutic or business relationship.

Email and standard forms are not HIPAA-secure. Do not send protected health information (PHI) through them.

Secure communication for therapy clients occurs solely through SimplePractice.

You may not upload or post:

  • Defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content

  • MeadowLight — a separate coaching and Human Design business

  • Are not endorsed by Haven Point beyond the provision of links

We are not responsible for the accuracy or practices of any linked websites.

12. Courses, Programs, and Materials

If the Website provides courses, downloadable materials, or programs, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access them.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute

  • Sell or resell

  • Modify

  • Create derivative works

  • Share login credentials

  • Offer competing services based on our materials

Violation results in immediate termination of license.

Arbitration shall occur in either Colorado Springs, Colorado, or Omaha, Nebraska, at the sole discretion of Haven Point LLC.

  • To waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration

  • That each party is responsible for its own arbitration-related costs unless the law requires otherwise

This section does not apply to disputes involving psychotherapy records, PHI, or other matters governed by state or federal mental health laws, which may require separate legal procedures.

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
